Nativity News & Notes

February 14, 2025

In my February newsletter article, I lifted up a Bible Study we are having on Monday nights over zoom and Sunday mornings before worship (9am).   In this study, “In the Footsteps of the Savior: Following Jesus through the Holy Land” by Max Lucado, we are learning about different places that appear throughout scripture, and the stories of Jesus that happened there.   I hope you will join me in this journey, as I think it will help give us a new perspective of scripture and help us to learn more about and grow closer to Jesus.  Check your emails on Mondays for the Zoom Link to the Bible Study.

The Worship and Music Committee is wondering if people would be interested in attending a simplified Ash Wednesday Service during the daytime. Let Pastor Jen know if you would be interested in attending. We will still have our regular Ash Wednesday service at 7pm.

Synod assembly is coming up soon.  Zoom Only – Morning of May 17. And June 12-14 in person only at La Roche University.  Please let Pastor Jen know if you have any questions or if you would be interested in being a delegate, by the end of February.
